Pu Er produced in Yun Nan Province in China. Ripened Pu'erh is the most popular tea served at Yum Cha restaurants. The earthy aroma and smooth taste make it perfect to pair with Yum Cha. Because it’s good for digestion and stomach, quite often we call it as elder’s tea.
